68Reimbursement of Commonwealth

#### 68 Reimbursement of Commonwealth If the Commonwealth pays a refund in respect of an amount of levy or charge referred to in section 63, 64, 64A, 64B, 64C or 64D, the body that received an amount equal to that amount of levy or charge must pay to the Commonwealth an amount equal to the refund.
