## 10 Powers of Authority (1) In addition to any other powers conferred on it by this or any other Act, the Authority has, subject to this Act, power to do all things necessary or convenient to be done for or in connection with the performance of its functions. > Note: Section 59 of the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013 gives the Authority power to invest money that is not immediately required for the purposes of the Authority.
