#### 37 Minister may issue guidelines (1) The Minister may: (a) after consultation with each of the States, determine guidelines for the distribution by each State to government authorities in the State of money paid under this Act for expenditure by the State on the construction or maintenance of State arterial roads; and (b) determine guidelines for the administration of programs or projects approved under subsection 26(3). (2) The States must comply with those guidelines.
