(c) With a view to further assisting teachers, the Physical Training Staff will visit all State and non-State schools within training localities, in which Junior Cadet training is being conducted. Visits to schools outside the radius of 5 miles from the place for training of Senior Cadets, at which Junior Cadet training is authorized, are to be made if time permits and the necessary funds for travelling are available.
