44 Person must notify Authority if the person ceases to be a project proponent for a major project
(1) If a person ceases to be a project proponent for a major project, the person must: (a) notify the Authority of the cessation; and (b) do so within 60 days after the cessation occurs. (2) A notification under subsection (1) must: (a) be in a form approved, in writing, by the Authority; and (b) be accompanied by such information as is specified in the legislative rules.
