19 Staff
(1) The staff required for the purposes of this Act shall be: (a) persons engaged under the Public Service Act 1999; and (b) persons appointed or employed by the Institute. (2) For the purposes of the Public Service Act 1999: (a) the CEO and the APS employees assisting the CEO together constitute a Statutory Agency; and (b) the CEO is the Head of that Statutory Agency. (3) The Institute may engage as advisers or consultants persons having suitable qualifications and experience. (4) The terms and conditions of appointment or employment of members of the staff referred to in paragraph (1)(b) are such as are determined by the Institute. (5) The terms and conditions of engagement of advisers or consultants are such as are determined by the Institute.
