14 Convening of meetings
(1) The Board must meet at least once every 4 months. (2) The Chair: (a) may convene a meeting at any time; and (b) must convene a meeting on receipt of a written request signed by at least 3 members. (3) The Minister may convene such meetings of the Board as the Minister considers necessary.
