13B Disclosure of interests
Neither section 29 of the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013 (which deals with the duty to disclose interests), nor any rules made for the purposes of that section, apply to a member’s interest if: (a) the member is an official of a State or Territory agency; and (b) the member only has the interest by reason of being an official of the State or Territory agency.
