#### 3 Definitions In this Act: > agency has the meaning given by the Freedom of Information Act 1982. > consumer data right matters has the meaning given by section 32A. > Freedom of Information Commissioner means the person appointed under section 14 as the Freedom of Information Commissioner. > freedom of information functions has the meaning given by section 8. > freedom of information matters has the meaning given by subsection 31(1). > IGIS official has the meaning given by subsection 29(6). > Information Commissioner has the meaning given by section 3A. > information commissioner functions has the meaning given by section 7. > information officer has the meaning given by section 6. > partial access has a meaning affected by subsection 31(3). > Privacy Commissioner means the person appointed under section 14 as the Privacy Commissioner. > privacy functions has the meaning given by section 9. > privacy matters has the meaning given by section 32.
