24Consultants

#### 24 Consultants (1) The Information Commissioner may, on behalf of the Commonwealth, engage consultants to assist in the performance of the functions and the exercise of the powers of the Information Commissioner (see section 10). (2) However, a consultant engaged under subsection (1) may only perform a function, or exercise a power, if the function or power can be delegated to a member of staff of the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner under section 25.
