80 Referral of disagreement concerning manner of establishing or varying a designated work group
(1) A referral of a disagreement, under subsection 24 (4) of the OHS Act, to the Commission as the reviewing authority must be made in accordance with Form R63.
(2) In resolution of the matter of disagreement, the Commission may invite Comcare to participate in any proceedings.
