#### 46PC Additional rules applying to representative complaints (1) A class member may, by notice in writing to the Commission, withdraw from a representative complaint at any time before the President terminates the complaint under paragraph 46PF(1)(b) or section 46PH. (2) The President may, on application in writing by any affected person, replace any complainant with another person as complainant. (3) The President may at any stage direct that notice of any matter be given to a class member or class members.
