##### 35 Application of moneys
(1) The moneys of the Commission shall be applied only:
(a) in payment or discharge of the costs, expenses and other obligations of the Commission; and
(b) in payment of remuneration, expenses, fees and allowances payable to any person under this Act.
(2) Subsection (1) does not prevent investment of surplus money of the Commission under section 18 of the Commonwealth Authorities and Companies Act 1997.
