##### 10 Powers of Commission
(1) The Commission may do all things that are necessary or convenient to be done for or in connexion with the performance of its functions and, in particular, without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the Commission may:
(a) enter into contracts; and
(aa) despite section 37, obtain goods or services on credit from any person by the use of a credit card; and
(b) accept gifts, devises and bequests made to it, whether on trust or otherwise, and act as trustee of moneys or other property vested in it on trust.
(2) Notwithstanding anything contained in this Act, any moneys or property vested in the Commission upon trust shall be dealt with in accordance with the powers and duties of the Commission as trustee.
