69 Delegation by Minister
The Minister may, by signed instrument, delegate all or any of the powers of the Minister under sections 67, 72, 73, 74, 75 and 76 to: (a) the person holding or performing the duties of the office of Secretary of the Department; or (b) an SES employee or acting SES employee in the Department or the Authority; or (c) the Managing Director.
