17 Convening of meetings
(1) Subject to subsection (2), the Board is to hold such meetings as are necessary for the efficient performance of its functions. (2) The Board must hold at least 2 meetings in each financial year. (3) The Chairperson: (a) may, at any time, convene a meeting of the Board; and (b) must, on receipt of a written request from the Minister or from at least 3 other Directors, convene a meeting of the Board.
