39 Noise and vehicle emissions

Nothing in the Environment Protection Act 1970, the Public Health and Wellbeing Act 2008 or the Local Government Act 2020 or regulations or local laws under any of those Acts applies in respect of—

(a) vehicle emissions in; or

(b) noise emanating from—

the declared area in respect of a year during the race period in respect of that year (other than a public access area).
