35Waiver and exemption of fees

#### 35 Waiver and exemption of fees (1) The Commissioner may waive payment of the whole or part of a fee payable under regulation 34 where: (a) payment of the fee would cause financial hardship; or (b) for any other reason, the Commissioner considers it appropriate to do so. (2) A fee is not payable under regulation 34 where it relates to an activity conducted for a charitable purpose.
