#### 24 Process for review must exist (1) The Commissioner must ensure that a process for reviewing AFP employment decisions exists at all times. (2) The process must be at least as favourable to AFP employees and special members as the process set out in the Australian Federal Police Certified Agreement 1999–2000, as at 1 July 2000.
