15 Voluntary retirement
(1) Notice under subsection 31 (1) of the Act must specify a day on which the retirement of the AFP employee is to take effect. (2) The day specified in a notice under subsection 31 (1) of the Act must not: (a) be earlier than 14 days after the day on which the notice is given (unless the Commissioner approves a shorter period); or (b) be later than 4 months after the day on which the notice is given.
