12GMore than one judgment debt

#### 12G More than one judgment debt (1) If more than one judgment debt exists against a debtor, the paying officer: (a) must deal with the judgment debts in the order in which the requests for deductions were received; and (b) must not make a deduction for the purpose of a particular judgment debt until all judgment debts for which earlier requests were made have been satisfied. (2) If the paying officer receives 2 or more requests at the same time for the payment of judgment debts against a debtor, the paying officer must deal with the judgment debts in the order of the dates and times at which judgment was given for each debt, starting with the earliest judgment.
