The annual report prepared by the Commissioner and given to the Minister under section 46 of the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013 for a period must include particulars of: (a) the AFP conduct issues that were dealt with under Part V of this Act during that period; and (b) the action that was taken, during that period, in relation to AFP conduct issues that were dealt with under Division 3 of Part V of this Act.
