#### 63 Personation etc. of member or special member (1) A person, not being a member or special member, shall not: (b) wear or display any uniform or badge of a member or special member, any colourable imitation of such a uniform or badge, or any uniform or badge so closely resembling such a uniform or badge as to be likely to deceive; (c) have in his or her possession any arms or ammunition, or any article of clothing, accoutrements or equipment, supplied to any member or special member. Penalty: Imprisonment for 12 months. (2) Paragraphs (1)(b) and (c) do not apply if the person has a reasonable excuse. > Note: A defendant bears an evidential burden in relation to the matter in subsection (2) (see subsection 13.3(3) of the Criminal Code).
