#### 49E Notice of application for restraining order (1) Subject to subsection (2), the DPP must give written notice of an application for a restraining order against property to: (a) the owner of the property; and (b) any other person the DPP has reason to believe may have an interest in the property. (2) Where notice of an application has not been given, the court must consider the application if the DPP asks it to do so but, subject to section 49EA, a restraining order made by virtue of this subsection ceases to have effect at the end of the period (not exceeding 14 days) specified by the court in the restraining order.
