11K Application of Offshore Western Australian Pipelines Regulations in offshore area of Western Australia
Regulations, as in force from time to time, made under Part 3 of the National Gas Access (WA) Act 2009 of Western Australia: (a) apply as regulations in force for the purposes of the Offshore Western Australian Pipelines (Commonwealth) Law; and (b) so applying may be referred to as the Offshore Western Australian Pipelines (Commonwealth) Regulations.
