32 Application of this Subdivision
This Subdivision sets out requirements for monitoring compliance with the Act for: (a) approved authorities for the purposes of paragraph 78(2)(b) of the Act; and (b) block grant authorities for the purposes of paragraph 85(2)(b) of the Act; and (c) non‑government representative bodies for the purposes of paragraph 93(2)(c) of the Act.
