#### 76 Application provision for the Australian Education Amendment (South Australia Year 7 Schools) Regulations 2021 Despite the repeal of section 7 of, and Schedule 3 to, this instrument by Part 2 of Schedule 1 to the Australian Education Amendment (South Australian Year 7 Schools) Regulations 2021, that section and Schedule, as in force immediately before 1 January 2022, continue to apply on and after 1 January 2022 in relation to financial assistance for the years before 2022.
