Plain English Summary

1/10 complexity

This determination is the formal roll‑call under the Australian Education Act 2013 that declares New South Wales, South Australia and the Australian Capital Territory as participating jurisdictions in the federal Gonski school‑funding agreement. It matters because inclusion triggers the specific federal funding flows for schools and students in those jurisdictions, while the other states and territories were not covered by this particular 2014 arrangement.
