96A Continuing requirements
(1) The regulations may prescribe continuing requirements that must be met by a person who was: (a) an approved authority for a school; or (b) a block grant authority for a school; or (c) a non‑government representative body for a school. (2) A continuing requirement is a requirement that would or could be imposed on the person if the person were still the approved authority, block grant authority or non‑government representative body for the school.
