#### 96 Variation or revocation of approval on Minister’s own initiative (1) The Minister may, in writing, vary or revoke an approval of a non‑government representative body for a non‑government school on the Minister’s own initiative if: (a) the Minister is satisfied that the body does not comply, is not complying, or has not complied, with section 92 or 93; or (b) the Minister is satisfied that the body is not complying or has not complied with a condition to which the approval is subject. > Note: Decisions under this subsection are reviewable decisions (see Division 3 of Part 9). (2) Without limiting subsection (1), the Minister may vary an approval of a non‑government representative body by making the approval subject to one or more conditions, and the body must comply with those conditions. (4) A variation or revocation must specify the day on which the variation or revocation takes effect, which may be earlier than the day the Minister varies or revokes the approval.
