#### 76 Approved authorities for government schools taken to satisfy basic requirements (1) An approved authority for government schools located in a State or Territory is taken to satisfy the requirements in section 75. (2) The Minister may, in writing, determine that subsection (1) does not apply in relation to an approved authority for government schools located in a State or Territory. > Note 1: The regulations may prescribe matters that the Minister may or must have regard to in making a decision under this subsection (see paragraph 130(2)(b)). > Note 2: A report must be laid before each House of the Parliament if the Minister makes a decision under this subsection (see section 127). (3) A determination under subsection (2) is not a legislative instrument.
