39Low English proficiency loading

#### 39 Low English proficiency loading (1) A school’s low English proficiency loading for a year is the amount worked out using the following formula:  > Note: This amount may be rounded up or down (see section 56). (2) The number of students at a school for a year who have low English proficiency is the number prescribed by the regulations.
