#### 127A Annual statement by Minister (1) By the end of each year, the Minister must prepare a statement relating to the progress made, or to be made, in relation to: (a) any agreement mentioned in paragraph 22(2)(a); or (b) any proposed agreement that would satisfy the requirements of that paragraph. (2) The Minister must cause a copy of the statement to be tabled in each House of the Parliament within 15 sitting days of that House after the statement is completed. (3) If the statement under subsection (1) is made in writing, the statement is not a legislative instrument.
