124Secretary may arrange for use of computer programs to make decisions

#### 124 Secretary may arrange for use of computer programs to make decisions (1) The Secretary may arrange for the use, under the Secretary’s control, of computer programs for any purposes for which the Minister may make decisions under this Act. (2) A decision made by the operation of a computer program under such an arrangement is, for the purposes of this Act (except section 120 and paragraph 122(1)(a) (review of decisions)), taken to be a decision made by the Minister personally.
