119 Notice of decision
After a reviewable decision is made, the person who made the decision must give a written notice to the relevant person for the decision containing: (a) the terms of the decision; and (b) the reasons for the decision; and (c) notice of the person’s right to have the decision reviewed. However, a failure to give the notice required by this section does not affect the validity of the decision.
