52 Fees, costs and expenses for personal accumulation accounts

Administration fee (1) CSC may determine fees to be paid from a personal accumulation account relating to the costs of the administration of the Act and this instrument (generally and in matters relating more specifically to the account). Fees, costs and expenses for investment strategy (2) CSC may determine fees, costs and expenses to be paid from a personal accumulation account relating to a choice of investment strategy for all or part of the balance of the account.
