46 Keeping pension accounts for pensions provided to ADF Super members

(1) If CSC provides one or more pensions to an ADF Super member under section 29, CSC must keep a separate pension account for each pension. (2) CSC must continue to keep a pension account for an ADF Super member who dies, until the later of: (a) CSC ceasing to make payments of pension to a reversionary beneficiary from the account; and (b) CSC complying with section 38 or 39 in relation to the account. (3) CSC may cease to keep an account after it has a nil balance.
