34 Limits on amount of pension
(1) The amount of a payment of the pension cannot exceed the balance of the pension account for the pension at the time of the payment. (2) The amount of the pension is subject to limits specified by the SIS Act.
Note: Subregulation 1.06(9A) of, and Schedule 7 to, the SIS Regulations provide for limits on the amount of the pension that depend on the pensioner’s age.
