25 Accumulation account‑holder may require CSC to pay benefits to his or her legal personal representative or dependants after he or she dies

(1) This section applies if CSC gives an accumulation account‑holder information CSC reasonably believes the holder reasonably needs for understanding the holder’s right under this section. (2) The holder may, by a binding member nomination, require CSC to provide any benefits in respect of the holder, on or after the holder’s death, to the legal personal representative or a dependant of the holder.
