24 Incapacity due to intentional act
(1) Invalidity pension is not payable to an invalid if CSC is satisfied that the basis of the invalid’s medical discharge was wholly due to an intentional act by the invalid for the purpose of obtaining invalidity pension. (2) Subsection (1) does not apply if the CSC is satisfied that the circumstances of the act are such that the subsection should not apply.
