22 Notice of classification
If CSC classifies a person under this Subdivision, CSC must give written notice of the classification and written reasons for it to: (a) the person; or (b) if the person has died: (i) each surviving spouse of the person; or (ii) if there is no surviving spouse of the person—each eligible child (if any) of the person.
