55 Allowances for expenses20 (1) A person complying with a notice to produce issued under21 subsection 50(1) is entitled to be paid by the Commonwealth any22 allowances for expenses incurred as a result of that compliance that23 are prescribed by the rules.24 (2) For the purposes of subsection (1), the rules may prescribe:25 (a) the kinds of expenses for which allowances are payable; and26 (b) the amount of each such allowance.27 (3) If no amount is prescribed for the purposes of subsection (1) in28 relation to a particular kind of expense incurred by a person29 complying with a notice issued under subsection 50(1), the person30
