53 Time or period for compliance etc.15 Notice may specify time or period for compliance16 (1) For the purposes of paragraph 50(6)(e), the notice may specify that17 the person must give the information, or produce the document or18 thing:19 (a) at a specified time that is at least 24 hours from the time the20 notice is served on the person; or21 (b) within a specified period of time, which must not end prior to22 24 hours after the time the notice is served on the person.23 Notice may require immediate production24 (2) Despite subsection (1), if the examiner is satisfied that any of the25 circumstances set out in subsection (3) apply, the notice may26 specify that the person is required to give the information, or27 produce the document or thing:28 (a) immediately upon service of the notice; or29 (b) within a specified period of time that ends prior to 24 hours30 after the time the notice is served on the person.31
