Arrangements with State or Territory Ministers about agency13
directions14
(1) The Minister may make an arrangement, in writing, with a Minister15
of a participating jurisdiction, in relation to the provision of16
information, documents or things by one or more State agencies or17
Territory agencies to the ACIC in accordance with an agency18
direction under section 47.19
(2) Each of the following is a participating jurisdiction:20
(a) a State;21
(b) the Australian Capital Territory;22
(c) the Northern Territory.23
(3) An arrangement under subsection (1) takes effect at the time24
specified in the arrangement.25
(4) Without limiting subsection (1), the arrangement may specify any26
of the following:27
(a) the agencies of the participating jurisdiction that may, or may28
not, be given an agency direction;29
(b) the information, documents or things which an examiner30
may, or may not, require to be given or produced under an31
agency direction;32
