38 Australian Criminal Intelligence Commission Bill 2026 No. , 2026 (e) external affairs, including:1 (i) giving effect to any international agreement to which2 Australia is a party; and3 (ii) by way of the performance of the national policing4 information functions in, or in relation to, a place5 outside Australia; or6 (f) the influx of criminals into Australia; or7 (g) the service and execution throughout the Commonwealth of8 the civil and criminal process and the judgments of the courts9 of the States; or10 (h) the executive power of the Commonwealth; or11 (i) matters incidental to the execution of any of the legislative12 powers of the Parliament or the executive power of the13 Commonwealth.14 Meaning of terms15 (4) A term used in this section and the Constitution has the same16 meaning in this section as it has in the Constitution.17
