275 Rules26 (1) The Minister may, by legislative instrument, make rules27 prescribing matters:28 (a) required or permitted by this Act to be prescribed by the29 rules; or30 (b) necessary or convenient to be prescribed for carrying out or31 giving effect to this Act.32
