269 Legal and financial assistance11 Certain persons may apply for legal and financial assistance12 (1) A witness who is summoned to attend an examination may apply13 to the Attorney-General for assistance in respect of that attendance.14 (2) A person who applies, or proposes to apply, to the Federal Court15 under the Administrative Decisions (Judicial Review) Act 1977 for16 an order of review in respect of a matter arising under this Act may17 apply to the Attorney-General for assistance in respect of that18 application.19 (3) A person who applies, or proposes to apply, to the Federal Circuit20 and Family Court of Australia (Division 2) under the21 Administrative Decisions (Judicial Review) Act 1977 for an order22 of review in respect of a matter arising under this Act may apply to23 the Attorney-General for assistance in respect of that application.24
