245 Remuneration26
(1) The Director-General is to be paid the remuneration that is27
determined by the Remuneration Tribunal. If no determination of28
that remuneration by the Tribunal is in operation, the29

Director-General is to be paid the remuneration that is prescribed1
by the rules.2
(2) The Director-General is to be paid the allowances that are3
prescribed by the rules.4
(3) This section has effect subject to the Remuneration Tribunal Act5
1973.6
246 Leave of absence7
(1) The Director-General has the recreation leave entitlements that are8
determined by the Remuneration Tribunal.9
(2) The Minister may grant the Director-General leave of absence,10
other than recreation leave, on the terms and conditions as to11
remuneration or otherwise that the Minister determines in writing.12
