240 Ministerial arrangements for sharing23 This Division does not prevent the Minister from making an24 arrangement with a Minister of a State or Territory for the making25 available of returnable items to a State or Territory law26 enforcement agency, for purposes mentioned in any one or more of27 the following provisions:28 (a) subsection 233(5), (7) or (10);29 (b) subsection 234(5);30 (c) subsection 235(2), (4) or (6).31
