229 Evidentiary certificates etc.21 Director-General may give evidentiary certificates22 (1) The Director-General may give a certificate in writing certifying23 one or more facts relevant to the question of whether the24 Director-General was satisfied, on reasonable grounds, that25 particular information given, or particular documents produced,26 were likely to assist the ACIC in the performance of its functions.27 (2) In any proceedings that involve determining whether28 subsection 228(1) or (7) applies to particular information given or29 particular documents produced, a certificate given under30 subsection (1) is prima facie evidence of the facts certified.31
